General Provisions

These Privacy provisions (hereinafter - "Provisions") regulate the main principles and order in which seller (hereinafter - "We") manages personal data of purchasers (hereinafter - "Your") in Tilde SIA online store (hereinafter - "Store").

Management of Your personal data is regulated by these Provisions, Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating collection of such data.

Rules for submitting registration form

Your registration form shall contain full, detailed and correct information about you. In case you provide inaccurate, false or incorrect data. We will be enabled to cancel Your registration and delete data or restrict Your Store usage.

We acknowledge and respect Store visitor‘s right to privacy. We collect and use data of a natural person (his/her name, address, phone number, email and other information contained in the Store registration form) in order to:

    1.  Process Your order of goods and services

    2.  Solve problems related to provision and delivery of goods

    3.  Fulfil other contractual obligations

Personal data is managed by secure measures that protect data from illegal deletion, disclosure or other illegal actions.

We may use other data (that is not related to goods you purchased) for statistical reasons. Such data collection does not allow identifying you directly or indirectly. We reserve the right to transfer statistical data to third parties.

We reserve right to transfer information to third parties regarding aims defined in the part 2 of paragraph 2.

We will not transfer Your personal data to third parties without Your separate consent expect in situations identified in regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

Change or update of personal data

To run Your requests and service orders in online store www.tilde.lt effectively and accurately We shall receive Your data as accurate as possible. Therefore, online store www.tilde.lt registration forms shall contain Your accurate data and it shall be updated immediately by you if any changes.

Transfer of information and claims

All messages related to management of personal data shall be submitted by email biuras@tilde.lt or ordinary mail.

We provide the answer in the same format as Your message or claim.

Consent

You agree that personal data that you voluntarily entered into the registration form shall be managed in accordance to these rules.

Change of provisions

We reserve the right to partly or completely change the Privacy provisions with a prior notification in Store.

If you use Store after changes of these provisions were applied, we consider that you agree with the change of provisions.

Final provisions

These Privacy provisions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania Disputes that might arise during the execution of these provisions shall be settled in negotiations. Should disputes cannot be resolved by negotiation, they shall be handled in the order determined by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
