General Provisions

These provisions for protection of personal data (herein - Provisions) regulate the main principles and order in which the seller (herein - we) manages the personal data of purchasers (herein - you) in the Tilde SIA online store (herein - e-store).

Management of your personal data is regulated by these Provisions, the Personal Data Protection Law, and other legal acts that pertain to the collection, processing, and dissemination of such data.

Rules for submitting a registration form

Your registration form shall indicate complete, detailed, and correct information about you. If you provide inaccurate, false, or incorrect data, we are entitled to cancel your registration and delete data or restrict you from using the e-store.

We acknowledge and respect store user rights to confidentiality. We collect and use data of natural persons (name, surname, address, phone number, email address, and other information that is requested in the store registration form) in order to:

  1. Process your order for goods and services
  2. Solve problems related to the provision and delivery of goods
  3. Fulfil other contractual obligations

Management of personal data makes use of security measures that protect data from unlawful deletion, disclosure, or other unlawful actions.

We may use other data (that is not related to the goods you purchased) for statistical reasons. Collection of such data does not allow identifying you directly or indirectly. We reserve the right to transfer statistical data to third parties.

 Cookies created by Google Analytics (Google Inc.) are used on the website of Tilde on-line store to improve the quality of its content and to customize the content to visitor needs.

If you prefer for Tilde not to receive any information about your use of its website, you may limit the use of cookies, but please note that without cookies you will not be able to enjoy the functionality of the site fully.

Transfer of personal data to third parties 

We will not transfer your personal data to any third parties without your consent, insofar as we are not obliged to do that according to the Latvian law. 

Change or update of personal data

In order to effectively and accurately execute your requests and service orders in the e-store, we must receive data from you that is as accurate as possible. Therefore, the e-store registration form must contain accurate data about you, and you must update it upon any changes to the data.

Information requests and claims 

By submitting a written request you shall have a right to receive information about data processed in relation to you and to ask to correct incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data or to cease to process your personal data, insofar as it is allowed according to the applicable law.

Consent

You agree that the personal data that you voluntarily entered into the registration form shall be managed in accordance to these rules.

Change of provisions

We reserve the right to partly or completely change these provisions without prior notice in the store. Changes become effective upon being published on our website.

If you use the e-store after publication of changes to these provisions, we consider that you agree to the changes of provisions.

Final provisions

These Privacy provisions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Disputes that might arise during the execution of these provisions shall be resolved by mutual negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved by negotiation, they shall be handled in the order determined by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
